Cousins, Cousins Everywhere!

My cousins Zack and Mia came to visit me from Connecticut during the week after Valentine's Day. We had so much fun! They came over to my house and I showed them all my toys and I learned a lot of things from them, especially Mia since she's just my size. Then we went to my favorite place in the world....Chuckie Cheese's! I had a blast on all the rides and playing the games. Oh, I almost forgot my favorite part.....the pizza! Yummy! They had to go back east, but I hope to see them very soon!

The weekend after that, we went for the day to visit my cousins Anthony and Alex. I was a good boy in the car for my Mommy and Daddy. We were planning on going to Anthony's basketball game, but it got "snowed out". How does that happen??? So, we met them in Peoria to watch Alex's hockey games. I had so much fun watching him, he did so well! Go Alex go! I went to the mall between games and got to ride in a really cool car!

Other than that, I'm getting my molars in so I can chomp down on my food. It hurts a lot, but they'll be here before I know it! Daddy starts baseball tryouts on Monday, but fortunately they are before school so I will still get to see lots of him!

My first haircut

Today, Mommy took me to see my friends Mya and Madison. I played with them for a bit while Mommy got her hair cut. Then it was my turn! I sat in the chair like a big boy and ate some snacks while Auntie Stephanie trimmed my hair. Mommy said my sides were getting out of hand, but we kept my curls in the back!

I'm eating like a big boy

I'm learning to eat things that Mommy and Daddy eat. I'm starting to like real cereal and I love pasta! It's my favorite. I'm doing pretty well with chicken and real vegetables like green beans and carrots. I'm learning how to use my fork and spoon...the food doesn't always stay on there but I like to try!

Holidays are over.... Drew had such a great time visiting with all of his family!!!

Happy New Year!

It is hard to believe that we are in 2009. Drew is off to a great start. Everyday brings new things.... yesterday he began to give real kisses to mommy and the doggies and is working on blowing them. His vocab is starting to expand (we think) and he likes saying "I Drew Drew" and "apple". He also likes to say "shoe" at times..... As for other things, we think he knows where his head, mouth, eyes, nose, ears, belly, and toes are.... If he doesnt know where his are, he usually runs over to daddy or mommy and point it out.

Check out the new pics at the link on the right.... we will be posting more soon. Daddy's official blogging and picture computer took a crap on him... so it is a slow go for downloading the pics!!!

We are all looking forward to the new year and watching Drew grow more and more everyday. We will keep you posted!

It's Santa!

Last Saturday, Mommy and Daddy took me to see Santa and Mrs. Clause at the library. We went with Ella and her Mommy and Daddy. Ella got to see Santa first, so I wasn't scared when it was my turn. I had a great time singing songs and eating Christmas cookies! Just one more day until we can see what Santa brought me!!!!!

Welcome Baby Anthony!

Auntie Katie and Uncle Mush welcomed Baby Anthony on Friday evening 12/5. Drew is very excited to have a new little buddy and he can't wait to hang out with him! Congratulations Mush and Katie!!!!

1 Year Old!

We apologize for the long hiatus from blogging, but Baby Drew is 1 year old! Well, really 13 1/2 months, but still.....Drew Drew had a big party at his house with lots of friends and family and of course we watched the Chicago Bears defeat the Vikings a high scoring affair! He got lots of fun toys and clothes for his birthday and he sure enjoyed eating the frosting from his cake. We were lucky it was a beautiful day. We will try to stay focused on updating Drew's News this upcoming holiday season.
